A our units have now been leased for the June 1, 2025 to May 27, 2026 lease period. We may have tenants wanting to leave at the winter break and sublease. Check back later for any possible subleases starting January 1, 2026.
For the June 1, 2026 - May 27, 2026 Lease Period, tenants will be asked for their plans by January 15th. 2026.
